What to include in your brief

The more you send, the faster your quote lands. A useful brief covers:

1. What should the bot do? Describe the user flow step by step. Example: "A user opens the bot, sees a menu of services, picks one, fills out a short form, gets a confirmation and calendar invite."
2. Who will use it? Public users? Only your customers? An internal team?
3. What systems should it connect to? Google Calendar, WooCommerce, Shopify, HubSpot, your custom API, a spreadsheet, etc.
4. Any AI? Simple menu bot, or does it need to answer questions from your knowledge base?
5. Rough budget. Even "under $500" or "$1K–$3K" helps us scope smartly.
6. Timeline. Anything specific? A launch date, event, or deadline?

Don't worry about writing it perfectly — a 5-line description plus a quick call is fine. We'll ask the specific questions we need to quote accurately.

What happens next

1. You send your brief via Telegram, WhatsApp, or email.
2. We reply within a few hours (usually much faster on Telegram).
3. Optional 15-minute discovery call if the scope needs clarifying.
4. Fixed USD quote in your inbox within 24 hours — scope, timeline, price, payment terms.
5. You say yes or no. If yes, we start immediately.

Payment methods for international clients

We invoice in USD and accept:

• Bank transfer (SWIFT / SEPA / ACH depending on country)
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC-20 preferred), BTC, ETH

Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for small-to-medium projects. Larger projects can be split into milestones. Indian clients can pay in INR via bank transfer or UPI on request.

Timezones

We work across US, EU, UAE, and Asian timezones. Async communication via Telegram/WhatsApp handles most coordination; calls are scheduled to align with your working day. We're not in the same timezone as you and it hasn't been a problem for our US, UK, or UAE clients.

Response times

• Telegram: within 1–2 hours during our working day, usually much faster
• WhatsApp: within 2–4 hours
• Email: within one business day
• Quotes: within 24 hours of receiving a complete brief
