Telezoid is a Telegram bot development and automation studio headquartered in India, serving clients worldwide. - Advertising data — when you click a Telezoid advertisement on Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp/Messenger/Audience Network), Google Ads, or other ad platforms and submit a lead form, those platforms share with us the fields you submitted (typically name, email, phone, and any custom questions about your project).
- Marketing data — your preferences in receiving updates from us.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, biometric data, health data, or racial/religious data). Please do not include sensitive information in your enquiries.

- Lead forms on ad platforms — when you click a Telezoid ad on Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Audience Network), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms and choose to submit a lead form, the platform delivers the form fields you completed to Telezoid.
- Contact form / email — when you email us at enquiry.telezoid@gmail.com or use a contact form on our website.
- Messaging — when you message us on Telegram (@telezoid_support) or WhatsApp (+91 85930 49179).
- Website analytics — automatically when you visit our website (see § Cookies and tracking).
- Referrals — when an existing client or partner introduces you to us.

- Analytics providers — Google Analytics 4 and similar privacy-respecting analytics, used in aggregated, non-identifying form to understand website usage.
- CRM & productivity tools — Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack — for organising enquiries and project delivery.
- Email & messaging providers — Google (Gmail), Telegram, WhatsApp Business — for communication.
- Hosting providers — our website and infrastructure providers (e.g. Hostinger, Cloudflare, AWS, GCP).
- Payment processors — Razorpay, Stripe, Wise, and similar — when you make a payment for our services.
- Accountants & legal advisors — for tax filing, statutory compliance, and legal advice.
- Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our or others’ rights, safety, or property.
